This gorgeous little denim apron dress is my latest creation. This item is inspired by Magnolia Pearl’s rustic, distressed aprons. I have fashioned this one out of reclaimed denim dungaree shorts. They have been taken apart and reassembled, bleached, shredded and painted. The ties and hardware are reclaimed materials, bleached and then reinforced for durability.

The apron is pinned together in front with a great, vintage diaper pin. Very cute. The hem is rolled and lightly sewn to keep its shape. This item can be worn many ways; as an apron, as a dress with leggings or shorts, over a bikini or with a long sleeve top and linen skirt or trousers. It makes a fantastic layering piece or addition as an accessory to an outfit. Funky fashion at its best! As with all of my creations, the materials are all recycled, (except for the thread) sanitised and stress tested for durability.
