If you want soft, slouchy comfort and funky street cred, these jeans are for you. I’ve taken an ultra soft pair of plain, wide leg denims and turned them into these super cute, one of a kind “True Love” Jeans.

These jeans are lovingly decorated with handmade (by me) patches and appliqués. The lettering is a collage of denim, plaids, flannels, flowers and linen that spell ‘True’ in the front and ‘Love’ in the back. The ‘O’ in Love is a flower appliqué which sits central at the back. The front has a lovely heart appliqué at the hip. Contrast stitching adds lots of detail and interest. These jeans have a lot of outside seaming, fraying and the hem is raw so you can roll them, tuck them or leave them loose. The colours are shades of pale blues with some darker denim thrown in, sea green and soft pinks. The contrast stitching is blue, blue/grey and orange.

These jeans are a size US 10/12, UK 14. For reference, I am 170cm tall and wear a UK 6-8. I have these cinched with a belt and rolled up at the hem for modelling purposes. These jeans are zip fly and have 2 buttons for adjustability. As with all of my creations, all materials are recycled except for the thread and the fabrics have been sanitised and stress tested for durability. These jeans have been lightly bleached to achieve the overall effect. You will get noticed in this work of wearable art!
